A Comprehensive Reentry & Workforce Development System

iCEV’s reentry program supports successful transitions through two core components: Overcoming Barriers and Employment Preparation. Participants build strategies to navigate personal, financial, and employment challenges while gaining career-focused training.

Three-Step Pathway:

  1. Complete the Career Cluster Interest Inventory (CCII) to identify career interests.

  2. Select a field of study and/or industry certification aligned to career goals.

  3. Follow a structured, flexible schedule tailored to facility needs.

 

The Gap Pack: Workplace Readiness

The Gap Pack equips justice involved individuals with the critical soft skills employers demand. Through targeted instruction and career pathway alignment using the CCII, participants strengthen competencies in:

  • Professionalism – Accountability, time management, ethics

Justice Involved educators increasingly rely on peer tutors to enhance learning, improve academic performance, and reduce recidivism. iCEV’s 80-lesson Peer Tutoring Certificate aligns with industry standards, equipping participants with essential skills to support and mentor others effectively.

This certificate:
