Empowering Every Student: How Aldine ISD Leverages iCEV to Drive Career Readiness

Discover how Aldine Independent School District, serving nearly 60,000 students in the Houston area, is using iCEV to close opportunity gaps and prepare students for life beyond the classroom. With 92% of its students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, the district uses iCEV to support hands on instruction, career exploration, and industry certification opportunities across high demand pathways such as health science, agriculture, and animal science. Eduthings complements these efforts by helping district leaders manage program data, track student progress, and simplify reporting.
By combining engaging instruction with real-time data insights, Aldine equips over 19,000 CTE students with the skills and credentials they need for college and careers. When student and community data revealed a gap in healthcare access and workforce preparation, the district launched a $32M healthcare education initiative with Memorial Hermann, backed by Bloomberg Philanthropies. Through its partnership with iCEV, Aldine is redefining what’s possible for every learner.
