She supports a blend of on-site and remote team members and collaborates closely across the organization to ensure customer needs remain at the center of execution.
Cheryl earned a business degree from New Mexico State University and brings more than 35 years of customer service experience to her role. Her background also includes call center operations monitoring and reporting for large employee populations, as well as extensive people leadership experience in high-volume retail environments.
Throughout her tenure at CEV, Cheryl has been recognized for her dedication and enthusiasm for CEV and CTE. Her awards include Employee of the Year in 2014, the Aubrey N. Davis Family Memorial Award in 2016, and the Nonni Service Award in 2021.
