Resetting Course Rosters Using The Archive Feature

This tutorial will show how you can reuse a course you have already created with a new roster of students by clearing the current student roster using the archive feature.

Tutorials-2

1. Archive the Course

From your My Courses page:

  • Click the dropdown arrow next to the View button.
  • Click the Archive Course option.

  • Click OK in the pop-up warning asking if you are sure that you want to archive the course.

2. View Your Archived Course

  • The My Archived Courses page should automatically load as soon as your course is archived

  • If the page doesn't automatically load or if you would like to see your archived courses at any other time, click the My Archived Courses link below your courses in the My Courses page.

3. Activate Your Archived Course

  • From the My Archived Courses page, you can Activate, View or Delete your archived course.
  • Click Activate to bring the course back to your My Courses page.

  • Your previously archived course will now show up in your My Courses page without any students registered for the course.

  • Now a new set of students can be added to the course.
