Southwest Airlines to Host Industry Certification in iCEV Testing Platform
Known as a leader in workplace communication and customer service, Southwest Airlines will host its Professional Communications Certification on the iCEV testing platform.
DALLAS and LUBBOCK, Texas (Nov. 19, 2014) – iCEV, a leading producer of Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum resources, announces a major partnership with Southwest Airlines. In order to provide more career development opportunities across the nation, Southwest Airlines will host its industry certification, the Southwest Airlines Professional Communications Certification, on the iCEV testing platform. Southwest Airlines is the latest among a list of notable organizations to host its industry certification on iCEV.
The Southwest Airlines Professional Communications Certification verifies individuals possess the soft skills necessary to thrive in any workplace environment. To earn the certification, individuals must demonstrate a mastery of essential skills needed in the workplace, such as written and verbal communication, time management, listening skills and managing diversity within a work environment. Because of its applicability to all industries and career fields, the Professional Communications Certification is valuable to any student or professional, regardless of academic or career interests.
