About the Course
Principles of Construction introduces students to the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of built environments. Students will explore workplace safety, construction drawings, measurement, materials handling, project management, building systems, tools and equipment, and emerging construction technologies while developing foundational skills used throughout the construction industry.
