Summary
iCEV is an online platform designed to deliver Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum. The platform uses teacher licenses to provide instructors with access to course materials and classroom management tools. Student licenses allow learners to log in to the system to view content, complete interactive activities, quizzes, and assessments, and participate in industry certification programs.

iCEV and Eduthings are compatible with the latest versions of the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari (macOS and iOS)
For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest available version.
Browsers not listed above may function, but they have not been fully tested and are not officially supported.
If your district uses a browser that is not listed and would like us to evaluate compatibility, please contact our support team.
Operating System Requirements
iCEV's web applications are compatible with most internet-connected devices capable of running a supported, up-to-date web browser. We support the following operating systems:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- macOS (current version and the two previous major releases)
- ChromeOS (current version)
- Android (current version and the two previous major releases)
- iOS / iPadOS (current version and the two previous major releases)
Devices running operating systems that are no longer supported by their manufacturer may experience compatibility, security, or performance issues and are not officially supported.
Please note that some curriculum content requires the use of external software, such as Microsoft Office. These activities may not be fully supported on all device types.

Bandwidth Requirements
Bandwidth needs vary based on the type of activity being performed.

| General navigation, assessments, and interactive activities | 0.5 Mbps |
| Standard-definition video streaming | 2 Mbps |
| High-definition video streaming (recommended experience) | 3-5 Mbps |
For classrooms or labs with multiple simultaneous users, available bandwidth should be scaled accordingly. Network performance may also be affected by Wi-Fi quality, internet latency, content filtering systems, and other applications sharing the connection.
For the best experience, we recommend a reliable broadband connection with sufficient capacity to support all concurrent users.
