Schoology: Configuring an Assignment

1. Open the Lesson

• Navigate to the lesson that contains the assignment.
• Next to the assignment, click the gear icon.
• Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

2. Configure the Assignment Settings

• Check the box for Enable Grading.
• Enter the appropriate Point Value for the assignment.

3. Save Your Changes

• Select the correct Category for the assignment (e.g., Homework, Quiz, etc.).
• Click Save Changes.

NOTE: This process must be repeated for each assignment where grade pass-back is expected.
