iCEV Tutorial

Importing a Lesson into Blackboard

Learn how to import iCEV lesson content into your Blackboard course using the Import Package tool. 

⚠️ Note: This tutorial assumes your Blackboard Administrator has already set up the iCEV external tool integration. If not, please share the Administrators Section with your Blackboard Administrator before proceeding.

1. Access Manage Packages and Utilities

  1. Open your Blackboard course.
  2. Under Course Management, click on Packages and Utilities.
  3. Select Import Package / View Logs.

2. Import the Package

  1. Click Import Package.
  2. Select Browse Local Files.
  3. Locate and double-click the iCEV lesson file you want to upload.

3. Confirm Settings and Submit

  1. Click Select All to ensure all content is included.
  2. Click Submit to complete the import process.

✅ Once imported, the content will be available under the Help section in your Blackboard course.
