About the Course
Nutrition & Wellness introduces students to the relationship between nutrition, health, food safety, and food production. Students will explore nutrients, digestion, wellness, food science principles, culinary techniques, and food industry practices while developing informed decision-making skills related to nutrition and healthy living.
