About the Course
Principles of Allied Health introduces students to the knowledge, skills, and healthcare practices used by professionals who help patients improve, maintain, and restore health and physical function. Students will explore healthcare careers, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, disease prevention, rehabilitation, pharmacology, patient care skills, and the collaborative nature of modern healthcare systems.
