About the Course

The Human Resources Management course is designed to familiarize students with the concepts related to human resource management. This course will discuss recruitment & employee selection methods and employee development & evaluation. Students will also become familiar with compensation and benefits programs as well as workplace safety, employee-management relations and global impacts on human resources.
